It's the weekend and for many of us the end of the "working week" means a weekend night treat. For some, that would normally mean Fish and Chips from the local chippy, a Chinese or Indian Takeaway.  For others, it would involve getting "dressed up" and heading out to one of the many local eateries across Lancaster and Morecambe. Some of us might even get some "special" ingredients and choose to a host a dinner party for family and friends or even a romantic meal in for two

However, we are in the midst of lockdown. Have you been emptying the cupboards, fridge and freezer trying to concoct something edible with limited ingredients, are you running out of ideas on what you can cook for your next meal, are you having to substitute or improvise if stock wasn't available at your last food shop?
