COVID-19 and the rules regarding essential travel mean we can’t meet in person yet. But that doesn’t mean your moving plans have to be put entirely hold. We can still get you sale-ready.
It is really simple. We can connect via What’s App, Facebook Messenger or Zoom using your mobile phone or Ipad. We’ll have a chat and then you can show me around your home, just like you normally would do.
I have access to lots of up to date report systems, comparables and don’t forget I also have 19 years valuing experience in the area. I’ll prepare you a Free 20-page report based on your home and the local housing market
I’ll also give you some really useful advice on our to get your home ready for sale in a way you can then achieve the best possible price for it. We can also discuss when the best to begin marketing your home really is!
