Scale Hall is a well-connected area. The Bay Gateway which was introduced in 2016 is under a 3-minute drive away. Connecting you to Lancaster, Heysham and the M6 (North and South) in a matter of minutes. Ideal for commuters!
Scale Hall itself boasts a number of local amenities, meaning residence never need to stray far. These include... a Doctors surgery, Post Office, Spar shop and two large supermarkets; ASDA and Aldi. All within walking distance.

It’ll be hard to pick between coastal walks along the prom in Morecambe or discovering Lancaster Castle in the City Centre.
