Primrose and the Moorlands are both areas with a strong sense of community, benefitting greatly from an array of local amenities within walking distance. Live in either Primrose or the Moorlands and you are within walking distance of Lancaster Royal Grammar School, Ripley St Thomas and a number of sought-after primary schools. Perfect for those with families.
The Moorlands and Primrose are most commonly known for their two-three-bedroom terrace homes which vary in price from around £100,000-£160,000 (depending on condition and size).
