Lancaster's rich and eventful history has provided us with some amazing and interesting architecture and stories. In the LA1 1 area alone, there are over 250 listed buildings and structures, protecting our wonderful heritage. When you walk around the city centre if you look up, there are so many interesting features that we normally miss. In this video, we take a look at some of the obvious landmarks of Lancaster but also some of the unusual and more obscure buildings that you may not have known about. We have learnt so much!
