The Overview
Step inside this two-bedroom mid-terrace house to find a mix of period features and modern fixtures. There are two reception rooms, both featuring exposed stone bringing a sense of the history of the home. We particularly like the log-burning stove in the front room, perfect for the longer winter evening.
The cream shaker kitchen was newly fitted in 2021, a bright space with lots of storage and integrated appliances and benefits from a utility cupboard accessed from outside. Upstairs we have two double bedrooms, which both offer access to the new bathroom at the rear of the house. Here we also have the combi boiler hidden away in an airing cupboard.
One of the main reasons this area is so popular is due to the back gardens. The long garden is flanked on both sides by hedges adding a sense of privacy while keeping it a very green space.
