Walk through the front garden and porch then into the charming period home. We are first greeted by a cosy sitting room with a multi-fuel stove sitting in pride of place, with some accent lighting and a gorgeous stained glass window that is shared with the dining room. The dining room is positioned centrally and has an open staircase allowing light to cascade through the home. It is extended to the rear allowing the addition of a spacious kitchen with lots of counters and cabinets, the gas combi boiler is also housed in one of the cupboards. There is a cellar as well, accessed from the dining room, it’s great for storage or keeping a separate chest freezer.
On the first floor, there is the large master bedroom overlooking the street, it has pine floorboards and a beautiful cast iron radiator (these are present throughout the home). The bathroom is another large room and could easily be a four-piece if one desired to update it, it’s crying out for a freestanding bath and a double shower. Up on the second floor,r we have a further two double bedrooms, one has some reduced head height due to the eves but is still a great space.
One of the biggest reasons people move into this area is the fantastic gardens and this house is a perfect example of why. West Facing it will get sun all day long, it can be split into differing sections and has many mature plants and bushes.
