Overview
Sitting on a corner plot we have 18 Oak Drive. The front and side gardens separate the house from the road with their lawn and flower beds and trees, there are also two block paved driveways offering parking for four vehicles.
We step into a small vestibule and then through to the open-plan lounge. A bright and spacious room with a centrally placed log-burning stove, the dual aspect means you can see through the dining room and onto the back garden. This is a very flexible environment and could be utilised to fit many differing furniture layouts. The stylish retro kitchen is to the rear of the house and has integrated appliances.
There are three double bedrooms to choose from, the first is on the ground floor and is off the front porch. The remaining two are both upstairs and utilise a clever use of the eves to create more space. Positioned between these two rooms is a handy shower room.
To the rear there is a fabulous back garden, surrounded by private hedges it features a raised central lawn with lots of apple, pear, plum, and damson trees, flower beds, and a pond. There are also two greenhouses and a vegetable patch, perfect should you desire to grow your own food.
